  We were at Flock and Fiber and had an absolutely ridiculous interaction with the "mother". I use a debit card, which I know is an inconvenience with how they have to run the card. Unfortunately the entire situation was a problem. Apparently I was familiar to a woman whose card did not go through last year; the mother all but called me a thief.
  I'm unsure how I could be familiar when I've never bought anything from them before; I had never even heard of the company!
  I was eventually allowed to buy the soap because the daughter said it was fine, but the mother was still a problem, finding everything "bad" about my card. I brought the soap back, explaining that I was upset by the poor treatment and couldn't keep the product, at which time I was STILL treated badly. She didn't even bat an eye that she lost her daughter potential customers.
  If you still intend on buying anything from this company, interact with the daughter/owner; she was nice. Sadly, I can't support her soap making after the treatment her mother insisted I needed.
